Nestling beneath the forest and looking over green fields to the magnificent mountain scenery of Skiddaw and the Helvellyn range, Beckstones Bed and Breakfast is peacefully situated off the beaten track and within a short stroll of Bassenthwaite Lake. We have ample parking spaces and safe storage for cycles. Good food is available in the pubs and hotels of Braithwaite, a 5 minute drive away. The bustling tourist town of Keswick with its Theatre by the Lake, leisure amenities, attractions and many eating places is a 10 minute ride and the bus service between Penrith and the West Coast via Keswick stops at the bottom of the drive.
